This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in active capture initiatives by coordinating, tracking, documenting, and ensuring follow-through across various workstreams and stakeholders.
• Perform research on market, agencies, and competitive intelligence to aid in opportunity identification, qualification, strategic positioning, and advance preparation.
• Collaborate with members of the Proposal and Opportunity Management teams to facilitate early reviews and pre-qualifications of upcoming or anticipated opportunities.
• Maintain documentation related to pipelines and captures, workflows, and opportunity data within CRM systems; familiarity with Zoho CRM is advantageous.
• Aid in organizing capture review meetings, gate reviews, action tracking, and discussions on opportunity prioritization.
• Develop and sustain capture tools, templates, job aids, and process documentation to enhance consistency and adoption across teams.
• Assist in growth reporting and pipeline health monitoring, including KPIs, forecasts, and other visibility tools.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and research platforms for market analysis, agency research, opportunity forecasting, and capture preparation.
• Collaborate with division leaders, capture teams, and proposal colleagues to enhance operational discipline, visibility, and execution across pursuits.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting capture, business development, proposal operations, growth operations, market research, or related functions.
• Familiarity with federal and/or state government contracting environments.
• Experience in public health, Health & Human Services, healthcare, or related mission-driven sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and drive follow-through without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to synthesize and present information clearly.
• Experience in conducting market research, opportunity analysis, competitive intelligence, business development support, or pipeline management.
• Keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and ensuring accurate, actionable opportunity data.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, pWin.ai, or similar tools to enhance research, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
• Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• All work must be conducted within the continental U.S. for the duration of employment, unless dictated by contract.
• Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time, unless otherwise approved by your manager.
• Remote employees must maintain a dedicated, ergonomically suitable workspace free from distractions, equipped with reliable internet and a mobile device that facilitates efficient work.
