Capital/Fixed Asset Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Gathering data and identifying equipment at universities, colleges, and hospitals.

• Evaluating data for project planning, execution, and completion.

• Collaborating with senior team members to address client-specific issues.

• Acquiring fundamental knowledge of commercial building construction principles.

• Applying your understanding of GASB 34 compliance to interpret data.

• Engaging with clients through meetings or phone calls to discuss project scope and findings.

• Be willing to travel overnight to client locations nationwide 50%-70% of the time.

• Proficient in Excel (knowledge of Access is also beneficial) and MS Word.

• Possess public accounting experience with 2-4 years of dealing with city/county GASB 34 compliance.

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
