This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Join a successful team within a flourishing and dynamic organization.
• Oversee key accounts for all cranial/spinal technologies within the designated sales territory (Austria).
• Spot opportunities, further cultivate the market, and manage investment projects in collaboration with the team.
• Attain revenue and profit objectives by fostering and sustaining key account relationships.
• Administer CST's extensive product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Neurosurgery, Traumatology, and Orthopedics departments.
• Identify and nurture customer potential and document findings in the CRM system.
• Prioritize customer engagements and coordinate resources with the Country Business Manager.
• Negotiate contracts and terms, and effectively finalize deals.
• Manage all administrative responsibilities and prepare necessary reports in a timely manner.
• Several years of proven Sales experience in the medical device industry/life-science/pharmaceutical sector.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills at the department chief level.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Expertise in Therapy within at least one of the relevant fields.
• Team-oriented mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently without supervision.
• Professional proficiency in both English and German, in written and spoken forms.
• Valid full clean driver's license.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Residing in Austria or willing to relocate.
