This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• The Capital Sales Executive is tasked with selling TULSA-Pro to both new and existing hospital and imaging center clients within the designated territory.
• Primary responsibilities include cultivating a network of champions among administrators, physicians, and support staff, employing advanced solution-selling techniques, and demonstrating tenacity and resilience to consistently achieve sales objectives.
• Create market awareness and promote sales of TULSA-Pro within the assigned sales territory.
• Ensure that the sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Oversee the intricate sales process for new hospitals, hardware, software, service upgrades, and additional systems in existing hospitals.
• Establish clinical and administrative support through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement assistance.
• Meet quarterly sales goals with the aim of closing three new programs involving the purchase of packs with a strategic plan within a year.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to formulate a sales strategy for the assigned territory to achieve and surpass targets.
• Reach out to C-suite and senior hospital administrators.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical device sector.
• Strong comprehension of the capital procurement process within hospitals or imaging centers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven success in capital medical equipment sales, with a documented history of meeting sales targets.
• Self-driven and able to work independently; proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80%, depending on the distribution of accounts.
