This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Creates and validates business cases, artifacts, and data that support investment health, performance evaluations, and departmental assessments.
• Evaluates spending plans and contract data to ensure proper alignment of investment initiatives.
• Guarantees that Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies are compatible with both traditional and agile development frameworks.
• Composes AAR Cover Memos and completes AAR templates in AgMAX 2.0.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) within federal programs, with a preference for experience at USDA.
• Capable of communicating effectively with all tiers of IT and Business personnel, from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to senior management.
• Proven experience in developing corrective action strategies.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management, including project performance measurement, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, encompassing both business and technical writing.
