This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Guide clients in crafting their case for support and establishing a campaign budget.
• Validate a realistic campaign objective through discussions with key donors and stakeholders.
• Act as the principal project manager for the campaign, ensuring timely execution of activities with integrity.
• Offer expert fundraising advice to nonprofit leaders and campaign volunteers.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, acting as an expert resource throughout the capital campaign process.
• Conduct interviews with high-net-worth individuals with professionalism, poise, and integrity.
• Provide campaign education and training on major gift solicitation, as needed, to Board of Directors members and campaign volunteers.
• Create engagement plans for campaign leadership and volunteers.
• Offer strategic insights and research to support staff and volunteers in securing 6-7 figure donations.
• Compile progress and final reports on campaign outcomes along with follow-up action plans.
• Collaborate with Campaign Operations to formulate a detailed scope of work.
• Foster trusting relationships with key figures in the philanthropic community and nonprofit leadership.
• Represent Fox Advancement during client meetings.
• Possess over 10 years of experience in managing capital campaigns.
• Be proficient in utilizing Google Drive for document management and collaborative communication.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and meeting facilitation abilities, including managing Zoom meetings.
• Have experience working in a remote setting.
