Candidate Resourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates for construction labor hire positions.

• Oversee candidate pipelines while sustaining active talent pools and hotlists.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.

• Execute compliance checks, including VEVO verifications and right-to-work assessments.

• Handle onboarding documentation and compliance obligations for candidates.

• Fill job vacancies within stringent timelines, including same-day placements.

• Keep availability lists updated for active candidates.

• Gather, supervise, and follow up on timesheets.

• Address administrative and employment-related inquiries from candidates.

• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants and Sales Managers to meet client needs.

• Maintain precise records within JobAdder.

• Contribute to KPI achievement through ongoing sourcing and placement activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in labor hire recruitment, ideally within the Sydney market.

• Background in recruiting for construction, demolition, civil, engineering, or similar sectors.

• Thorough understanding of compliance standards and VEVO checks.

• Familiarity with JobAdder or comparable recruitment software.

• Exceptional communication and candidate management abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment KPIs and meeting deadlines.
