This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate comprehensive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment, relocation, and settlement process, ensuring prompt follow-up, clear instructions, and a positive experience.
• Oversee candidate applications, monitor pipeline development, and maintain precise recruitment data to assist in hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews across various time zones, ensuring alignment among candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to streamline the hiring process.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to assist candidates with relocation, settlement, and a successful transition to living and working in Canada.
• Create and uphold clear recruitment workflows, internal documentation, candidate resources, and operational guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in talent acquisition activities.
• Identify areas for process enhancement, improved organization, and operational efficiency to boost team performance and enhance the candidate experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supporting both domestic and international recruitment processes, including areas like relocation, settlement, onboarding, immigration, licensure, credential validation, or other intricate hiring pathways is highly advantageous.
• Experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, HR operations, project support, or a similar position within a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record in developing process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational manuals to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall candidate experience.
• Strong proficiency in recruitment systems and operational tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable navigating, implementing, and enhancing recruitment technologies, tracking systems, reporting tools, and process workflows to promote operational excellence.
• Excellent writing, documentation, and presentation abilities, with a knack for creating clear resources and confidently leading webinars, information sessions, and presentations directed at candidates.
