Candidate Engagement & Resourcing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Active Sourcing & Outreach: Perform daily targeted searches on major recruitment platforms (like Indeed) to engage with recently active talent in accounting and legal fields.

• Persuasive Messaging: Create and send customized, compelling messages to prospective candidates regarding available career opportunities and market trends.

• Inbound Engagement: Promptly address candidate inquiries and conduct warm phone screenings to assess their needs and motivations.

• Consultative Discovery: Pose targeted questions to gather essential candidate information, including current roles, technical skills, professional qualifications, salary expectations, preferred work arrangements, and notice periods.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Clearly articulate our firm's unique value proposition, fostering trust and leaving candidates with an outstanding first impression.

• Seamless Handoffs: Diligently record all candidate information in the company CRM and ensure smooth transitions to Senior Consultants for live job placements.

• Performance Excellence: Regularly achieve and surpass daily/weekly activity goals concerning messaging volume, candidate calls, and qualified introductions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, and account management is advantageous.

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing in the public accounting, legal, or professional services fields.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to conduct professional phone interviews.

• Relationship Building: Innate ability to quickly establish rapport, ask insightful questions, and build trust with both passive and active job seekers.

• Organization & Drive: Highly organized, goal-focused, and thriving in a structured environment with defined activity and performance metrics.

• Technical Aptitude: Proficient with technology, capable of quickly learning ATS/CRM systems and effectively using online recruitment platforms.
