Campus Recruiter – Dental Hygiene

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the academic recruitment strategy for dental hygiene students.

• Organize, coordinate, and host recruitment events at dental hygiene institutions, associations, and conferences.

• Generate high-quality leads and convert them into opportunities within the recruiting funnel.

• Oversee travel and expenses budget.

• Maintain records of school and candidate interactions.

• Track KPIs to enhance the success of the dental hygiene recruitment funnel.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Aspen Dental to prospective candidates and faculty.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Hygiene Support, and Operations teams on recruitment events.

• Share insights on recruitment strategy, market snapshots, and upcoming events with recruiting partners and relevant leadership.

• Organize and host events at dental hygiene schools.

• Screen candidates and pass top talent to the hygiene recruitment team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Validly Licensed or Registered Dental Hygienist or possess a Dental Hygiene degree.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Capacity to engage diverse audiences across different settings.

• Strong skills in project ideation and execution.

• Capability to independently initiate and complete new projects.

• Preferable background as Hygiene Faculty, in Hygiene Talent Acquisition, or in client-facing Hygiene roles.

• Competent and self-driven remote worker.

• Ability to lead, learn, strategize, and take full ownership of objectives and territory.

• Willingness to travel overnight 50–75% of the time.

• Must live near a major airport.

• Preference for candidates located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, or Georgia.
