This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct research and identify potential leads.
• Develop a comprehensive and detailed recruitment process plan.
• Promote and market the CM job through outbound recruitment campaigns, including calls, emails, texts, etc.
• Screen candidates for the CM position.
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our Business Development Managers.
• Collaborate with our Campus Recruiting Manager & Associates to achieve quarterly recruiting targets.
• Prepare a weekly report on recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate with our recruiting and training teams.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, accompanied by a neutral accent.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Over 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work performance.
• Self-motivated and eager to engage in various projects.
