This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Support the complete lifecycle of Square campaign operations, which includes drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions (such as banners, push notifications, and pop-ups), overseeing campaign launches, monitoring ongoing progress, and conducting post-campaign management.
• Gather and extract frequently occurring cases from user inquiries, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to troubleshoot issues, confirm fixes, and minimize the occurrence of potential user cases.
• Address escalated user tickets from the Mod & Customer Service team, maintain FAQs and other user documentation to ensure consistent communication and enhance user experience.
• Track real-time campaign data and provide post-campaign reports containing actionable insights for future optimization.
• Strategize, coordinate, and initiate integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive scalable user and content growth.
• Recent graduate with a keen interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Previous experience in Web3, as well as the content or creator economy, is an added advantage.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the capability to effectively engage with vendors and internal stakeholders across different regions.
