This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with pipeline generation and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Convert audience insights, market trends, and data into innovative campaign concepts.
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle from initial concept through execution, covering messaging, channels, timelines, assets, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, Sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing Operations, and other GTM partners.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, messaging, campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
• Evaluate campaign performance and suggest areas for testing, modification, or scaling.
• Assist in developing repeatable campaign workflows, briefs, playbooks, and launch procedures.
• Facilitate experiments across various channels including email, digital, content, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), partner activities, and other pipeline avenues.
• Generate practical and creative strategies to engage target audiences and guide them through the sales funnel.
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, pipeline marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in executing campaigns.
• Ability to integrate data, audience insights, messaging, and business objectives.
• High proficiency with AI tools and comfort in utilizing them in daily operations.
• Excellent project management abilities and capability to operate swiftly with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset coupled with practical execution skills.
• Strong communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to experiment, iterate, and enhance campaigns based on performance results.
