This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up advertisers, campaigns, audiences, segments, and pricing in Yobi Web, while keeping accurate records in Notion.
• Generate pixels, coordinate log delivery, and manage the technical aspects of client implementation.
• Conduct quality assurance on configurations, conversion tracking, and attribution prior to launch, and ensure delivery and audience health in the initial days of the campaign.
• Assist our platform partnerships by directly troubleshooting with DSP and vendor technical teams when issues arise, including The Trade Desk, Nexxen, Yahoo, and Viant.
• Identify pacing, delivery, and audience match issues; resolve those on Yobi’s side and recommend necessary changes within the DSP.
• Develop, scale, and enhance audiences to meet delivery and performance goals while maintaining quality.
• Provide guidance on which optimization levers to engage on the DSP side, and confirm their impact post-application.
• Monitor campaigns against KPIs and address deviations before they are visible to clients.
• Update Client Partners on performance changes, root causes, and modifications made, while supplying validated evidence for cases requesting incremental investment.
• Ensure tracking integrity throughout the process and address reporting discrepancies across Yobi, DSP, and client platforms.
• Verify the accuracy of reported numbers and reconcile them across various sources before they reach a Client Partner or client.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve pipeline, data feed, and match rate issues at the source instead of working around them.
• Generate hypothesis-driven audience insights and performance analysis based on validated, documented query logic.
• Maintain internal runbooks and client-facing technical documentation within the Yobi Resource Center.
• Document campaign delivery, data costs, and pricing methodologies to enable finance to invoice accurately without needing to chase inputs.
• Standardize recurring operational workflows and eliminate manual processes that frequently resurface.
• Lead technical onboarding for complex accounts, including pixel implementation, log delivery, and measurement design.
• Present diagnostic findings and remediation strategies when technical explanations are required, with the Client Partner managing commercial recommendations.
• A minimum of three years in ad operations, campaign management, or adtech technical operations.
• Direct experience with a leading DSP such as The Trade Desk, Nexxen, or Yahoo DSP.
• Passionate about products and operations: you are interested in understanding system functionality and reasons, not just completing tasks.
• High level of agency; you proactively identify issues without direction and follow through to resolution rather than handing them off.
• Ability to think second-order; you connect seemingly unrelated findings and identify when a symptom in one system is a cause in another.
• A creative problem solver who seeks the best solution rather than settling for the expected one and can articulate why the obvious answer may be incorrect.
• Proficient in pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution methodologies, including their potential faults.
• Comfortable using browser developer tools to inspect network requests, cookies, and tag firing to confirm pixel functionality.
• Familiarity with identity resolution, audience activation, and tag management through GTM, Adobe Tags, Tealium, or CM360.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to query large datasets in Databricks or a similar environment, or a strong desire to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and quality assurance.
• Capable of clearly and accurately explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• High standard for factual accuracy, especially when findings are presented to clients or partners.
• Comfortable working in a supporting role behind a Client Partner rather than managing the client relationship directly.
• Eager to make a significant impact in an early-stage environment and interested in developing a function from the ground up.
• Competitive Base Salary
• Meaningful equity & financial upside - a real percentage of the company
• Annual bonus target based on individual and company performance
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available
• Unlimited PTO - we value impact over tracking the days you take off
• 401k plan with company match percentage
• Generous parental leave policy
