
Campaign Monetisation Specialist β E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership and develop monetization strategies for campaign-driven commercial initiatives, facilitating the conversion of traffic and merchant demand into scalable revenue opportunities.
β’ Plan and implement monetization programs, including advertising packages, brand amplification projects, and new campaign monetization pilots.
β’ Create monetization target frameworks that encompass revenue objectives, ROI assessment, attribution logic, and scale-up criteria.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Campaign, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to enhance package flexibility, operational efficiency, and merchant adoption.
β’ Define merchant segmentation, value propositions, and market entry strategies for monetization programs.
β’ Establish budget governance and track spending efficiency, including regular performance evaluations related to investment, returns, and commercial impact.
β’ Analyze monetization performance, merchant behavior, package uptake, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contributions.
β’ Convert data insights into actionable recommendations to enhance ROI, adoption, revenue performance, and future campaign strategies.
β’ Develop repeatable playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting mechanisms to facilitate the effective scaling of monetization initiatives.
β’ Assist in quarterly and annual planning by contributing to monetization roadmaps, success metrics, and business cases for prospective investments.
β’ 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, monetization, growth strategy, performance marketing, advertising, revenue operations, consulting, or a related internet business domain.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing complex business initiatives from start to finish, preferably involving monetization programs, campaign commercialization, ad products, seller growth, or platform revenue projects.
β’ Strong commercial acumen, with the capability to align business objectives, merchant incentives, user experience, and platform economics.
β’ Exceptional analytical abilities, with the capability to leverage data to identify opportunities, define targets, assess ROI, and influence business decisions.
β’ Proficiency in Excel is essential.
β’ SQL or similar analytical skills would be highly advantageous.
β’ Strong communication skills in English, with the capacity to persuade stakeholders and foster alignment across local and regional teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Data, or a related field.
β’ Fully remote with occasional travel.
