• Deliver operational support and create content for the implementation and upkeep of integrated campaigns aimed at enhancing lead generation and accelerating pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with sales teams, product departments, and fellow marketers to ensure alignment in messaging, offers, and objectives.
• Assist in testing new marketing channels, documenting insights gained, and reporting on return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct research on industry trends and customer requirements to develop engaging content strategies.
• Write, edit, and optimize content for various formats including webinar scripts, blogs, landing pages, emails, social media, thought leadership projects, and other necessary content.
• Provide support for our primary social media channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, optimize for SEO/GEO, and ensure messaging is focused on conversion across all channels.
• Track and monitor campaign performance, assist with dashboards and scorecards, and communicate actionable insights to the team.
• Analyze content engagement, lead conversions, and funnel performance to guide future campaign strategies.
• Relay campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams.
• Assist with webinar planning, promotional schedules, and the creation of sales enablement materials.
• Share marketing best practices and innovative ideas to enhance overall team performance.
• Over 3 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• A proven history of developing and managing campaigns that generate measurable lead growth.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a portfolio or samples of published work.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and content management systems (Webflow preferred).
• Knowledge of AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Experience with SEO, GEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
• High initiative and the capacity to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
• A passion for marketing, experimentation in growth, and creating effective campaigns.
• Preferred: Experience with Canva.
• Bonus: Willingness to engage in light editing and use tools like Opus and Camtasia for quick video production for social media.
