This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the daily execution of various influencer campaigns simultaneously, spanning multiple brands.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Serve as the primary contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables, despite lacking direct authority.
• Proactively address issues and maintain alignment among all stakeholders, avoiding reactive problem-solving.
• Develop creator pricing from scratch using CPV (cost per view) and anticipated performance metrics.
• Negotiate creator fees against budget constraints and target CPV, safeguarding both the campaign's success and profit margins.
• Actively negotiate additional value assets to enhance the worth of every agreement.
• Oversee campaign budgets meticulously, model different scenarios, and identify potential commercial risks early on.
• Approach each campaign as a commercial entity, not merely a creative project.
• Cultivate trusted relationships through transparent, proactive communication without surprises.
• Adapt to each client's communication style, ranging from detailed weekly reports to quick informal updates.
• Anticipate client requirements, provide insightful feedback, and foster conditions conducive to renewal and growth.
• Create casting shortlists and determine creator compatibility based on client archetypes, campaign objectives, and creator verticals.
• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the complete campaign lifecycle, leading all creator communications and interactions.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and campaign goals.
• Handle creator contracts, usage rights, and compliance with disclosure regulations seamlessly.
• Monitor performance metrics that matter, including CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Utilize Kyra's proprietary platform and analytics tools to track campaigns in real-time, rather than just at the conclusion.
• Maintain Kyra as the definitive source of truth, ensuring all updates, creator communications, and statuses are reflected on the platform instead of in private spreadsheets.
• Identify data discrepancies and workflow inefficiencies promptly.
• Convert data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients, supported by reliable daily reporting.
• Operate extensively within Kyra's proprietary platform as a power user, managing campaigns from start to finish within the technology.
• Generate campaign insights that inform product development, creating a genuine feedback loop between your operations and the technology.
• Utilize AI on a daily basis to enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of your work.
• Adapt quickly to new tools and enhance workflows on Kyra's AI-driven platform.
• Bring an experimental mindset, as this approach has already yielded positive results across the team, and we seek individuals who embrace this ethos.
• Fluent/native-level proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
• Experience in an agency setting managing influencer or creator campaigns.
• A true focus on KPIs and performance, comfortable taking ownership of metrics and being evaluated on them.
• Proficient in CPV: capable of constructing creator pricing based on performance targets and justifying it.
• Strong skills in Excel and data management: adept at using formulas, pivot tables, and building trackers from the ground up.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a strong willingness to integrate them into your workflow.
• Availability to work during EST hours.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management.
• Experience with both consumer/DTC and tech/B2B brands.
• Experience in negotiating and contracting with creators.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Support for health conditions and accommodations during the interview process.
