Campaign Manager – EMEA / APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and enhance integrated demand generation campaigns (global, theater, and regional) aimed at generating new leads, fostering pipeline growth, and contributing to revenue.

• Oversee the complete execution of campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, design, digital, web, marketing operations, and social) to deliver impactful programs punctually and within scope.

• Manage the regional (ROW) campaign calendar, which includes EDM initiatives and in-house webinars, ensuring alignment with regional marketing strategies and timely execution.

• Supervise the localization of campaigns and regional adaptation of global assets, ensuring they are relevant, consistent, and perform well across various markets, including coordination with web teams on local language websites.

• Utilize analytics and performance insights to continuously refine campaigns, enhance lead quality, boost funnel conversion rates, and maximize outcomes.

• Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to marketing leadership, emphasizing results, insights, potential risks, and actionable recommendations.

• Actively identify opportunities and address roadblocks, adjusting strategies and execution plans to sustain momentum towards pipeline and revenue objectives.

• Employ project management tools (preferably Asana) to create organized project plans, oversee timelines, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management, integrated campaigns, demand generation, and program management is essential.

• Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience is required.

• A strong capability to execute complex projects with multiple handoffs under tight deadlines is necessary.

• Proficient marketing and analytical skills with an understanding of marketing attribution and waterfalls to effectively report on campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency to accomplish tasks.

• Familiarity with the following systems is advantageous: Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Qualified.
