This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of up to 100 monthly activations, from the initial brief to the final wrap-up, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

• Craft comprehensive briefs that capture all essential information for effective campaign execution.

• Create and manage campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities.

• Ensure that clear and documented processes are adhered to at every stage of the campaign to uphold quality and consistency.

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Department to synchronize on talent availability, creative needs, and campaign timelines.

• Work in partnership with the Sales Department to grasp brand objectives, contractual commitments, and budget constraints.

• Regularly communicate campaign objectives, progress, and updates to internal teams through meetings or project management tools.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners, fostering trust and maintaining open communication.

• Establish and manage expectations concerning campaign timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges.

• Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for each activation, evaluating campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

• Prepare post-campaign reports for internal leadership and external brand stakeholders, emphasizing successes, lessons learned, and strategies for optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• More than 1 year of experience in campaign management, project management, or a similar marketing role.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) as well as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to customize messaging for diverse audiences.

• An analytical mindset to track campaign data and enhance performance.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating and reducing risks.
