📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously for various brands.

• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.

• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables, despite lacking direct authority.

• Proactively address issues and maintain alignment among all stakeholders to avoid crisis management.

• Develop creator pricing from the ground up using CPV (cost per view) and anticipated performance metrics.

• Negotiate creator fees within budget constraints and target CPV, safeguarding both campaign results and profit margins.

• Adapt to each client's style, providing everything from polished weekly reports to quick informal updates.

• Anticipate client needs, deliver insights, and foster conditions conducive to renewal and growth.

• Create casting shortlists and identify suitable creators based on client profiles, campaign objectives, and creator verticals.

• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, overseeing all creator communications.

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities, and campaign goals.

• Manage creator contracting, usage rights, and compliance with disclosure regulations efficiently.

• Monitor performance against key metrics: CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Quickly adopt new tools and refine workflows on Kyra's AI-native platform.

• Embrace a mindset of experimentation, which has proven beneficial across the team, seeking individuals who are eager to engage.
