This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously for various brands.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables, despite lacking direct authority.
• Proactively address issues and maintain alignment among all stakeholders to avoid crisis management.
• Develop creator pricing from the ground up using CPV (cost per view) and anticipated performance metrics.
• Negotiate creator fees within budget constraints and target CPV, safeguarding both campaign results and profit margins.
• Actively negotiate additional value assets to maximize the worth of every agreement.
• Manage campaign budgets meticulously, modeling different scenarios and highlighting commercial risks early.
• Treat each campaign as a business unit, emphasizing its commercial implications alongside creative aspects.
• Cultivate trusted relationships through transparent, proactive communication that avoids surprises.
• Adapt to each client's style, providing everything from polished weekly reports to quick informal updates.
• Anticipate client needs, deliver insights, and foster conditions conducive to renewal and growth.
• Create casting shortlists and identify suitable creators based on client profiles, campaign objectives, and creator verticals.
• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, overseeing all creator communications.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities, and campaign goals.
• Manage creator contracting, usage rights, and compliance with disclosure regulations efficiently.
• Monitor performance against key metrics: CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Utilize Kyra's proprietary platform and analytics tools to oversee campaigns throughout their duration, not just at completion.
• Ensure Kyra remains the definitive source of information, with all updates, creator communications, and statuses maintained within the platform instead of private spreadsheets.
• Identify data inconsistencies and workflow deficiencies early on.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients, supported by reliable daily reporting.
• Function as a power user within Kyra's proprietary platform, managing campaigns thoroughly within the technology.
• Generate campaign insights that inform product development, creating a productive feedback loop between you and the technology.
• Leverage AI on a daily basis to enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of your work.
• Quickly adopt new tools and refine workflows on Kyra's AI-native platform.
• Embrace a mindset of experimentation, which has proven beneficial across the team, seeking individuals who are eager to engage.
• Relevant agency experience managing influencer or creator campaigns is paramount.
• A strong focus on KPIs and performance, with comfort in owning and being evaluated on numerical outcomes.
• Proficiency in CPV: capable of constructing creator pricing based on performance objectives and justifying it.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills: including formulas, pivots, and constructing trackers from scratch.
• Familiarity with AI and a genuine willingness to integrate it into your work processes.
• Ability to work EST hours.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management.
• Background in both consumer/DTC and technology/B2B brands.
• Experience in negotiating and contracting with creators.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Strong cultural awareness and an intuition for emerging trends in the US market.
• Proficiency across social media platforms, creator culture, and the dynamics of digital and creator marketing.
• A genuine passion for the creator economy.
• A proactive problem-solver who maintains composure under pressure and effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously.
