Campaign Lead – Remote Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a remote team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.

• Act as the main liaison for your designated client, ensuring effective communication and outstanding service.

• Oversee team priorities, project schedules, and operational deliverables.

• Track KPIs, quality, productivity, and overall team performance.

• Proactively address challenges and eliminate obstacles before they affect delivery.

• Enhance workflows, SOPs, and operational procedures to facilitate efficient team scaling.

• Work collaboratively with internal leaders to promote continuous improvement and ensure client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership or team management.

• At least 3 years of experience in project, operations, or account management.

• Background in leading remote teams within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in client-facing communication and relationship management.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities while upholding quality and accountability.

• Experience in developing or enhancing SOPs and operational processes is a plus.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication.
