Campaign Growth Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Be a part of the growth department, focusing on growth metrics, particularly skilled in crafting user growth initiatives.

• Develop and execute user growth strategies, oversee channel operations, manage creative planning, coordinate resources, implement strategies, track data performance, and produce review reports.

• Emphasize refined channel operations, establish a user/channel layered incentive system and lifecycle management mechanism, create tailored operation strategies, and stimulate platform user growth.

• Excel in data analysis, capable of rapidly constructing an effective analytical framework, monitoring and assessing user growth data, evaluating strategy effectiveness, and propelling business growth through data insights.

• Remain attuned to industry trends, policy shifts, and competitive product developments, monitor cryptocurrency market trends, and provide targeted optimization recommendations alongside differentiated operation plans.

• Possess familiarity with products related to the blockchain industry, facilitate the implementation of business product functionalities, and contribute to business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in activity operations, with a strong understanding of the Web3 industry and a track record of independently managing user growth projects exceeding one million users.

• Expertise in diverse user operation techniques, with a preference for candidates who have experience in growth activities on platforms such as Pinduoduo and Kuaishou.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of performing well under pressure.

• Strong ability to coordinate across departments.
