Call Out Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute breakdown and repair tasks on all escalators within the portfolio to ensure continuous operation.

• Operate within the London Underground network, overseeing the escalator portfolio within it.

• Respond swiftly and proactively to address any breakdowns, striving for a first-time fix.

• Engage directly with customers on-site to foster strong working relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering.

• Extensive experience in the service and maintenance of escalators.

• Skilled escalator engineer with thorough knowledge of various brands of equipment.

• Possession of a valid UK driver's license.

• Flexibility is essential, and overtime may be necessary.

• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills.

• Dedicated professional with a focus on safety.

• Comfortable communicating effectively with others.

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team.

• Proficient in using electronic and digital tools.
