Call Center Ventas, turno tarde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct sales and promotions through voice call center.

• Provide customer support and assistance related to insurance and telecommunications.

• Work during the afternoon shift from Monday to Sunday, with a rotating day off.

• Participate in paid virtual training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center: sales or cross-selling.

• Laptop or desktop computer required.

• Wired internet connection from Win, Movistar, Claro, or Entel only.

• Operating system Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro.

• Processor: Core i3 or higher, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD A8 or higher.

• At least 8GB of RAM.

• High school education required.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a rotating day off once a week between Saturday or Sunday.
