This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Lead virtual training sessions effectively.
• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Employ diverse teaching methods tailored to various learning styles.
• Monitor learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.
• Conduct knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and practical activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching to participants.
• Assist learners who need additional support.
• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to production roles.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.
• Keep accurate training records and communicate learners' progress effectively.
• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.
• Complete all stages of the hiring process.
• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training is essential.
• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is a must.
• Previous involvement in training customer service/contact center teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Confident in delivering training in a virtual environment.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patient and approachable, capable of coaching diverse learners.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.
• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
• Must have a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).
• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.
• Dual monitor setup required.
• Must possess a webcam and wired USB headset.
• i5 processor or higher is necessary.
• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is required.
• A backup power solution is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
• An English resume is required.
• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
• Weekly payments in arrears.
• Paid training provided.
