This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions effectively.
• Clearly explain processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Employ various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.
• Conduct knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance learner skills.
• Assist learners who need additional support and guidance.
• Prepare new employees for a smooth transition from training to production.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and communicate learner progress.
• Adapt training delivery methods when processes, systems, or requirements are updated.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.
• Previous experience in BPO/contact center training is required.
• Experience in healthcare or medical customer service is essential.
• Prior experience training customer service or contact center teams.
• At least 1 year of experience working remotely is necessary.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Confident in delivering training in a virtual environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new systems and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.
• A collaborative team-player mentality is a must.
• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Available to commence employment immediately.
• Must have a reliable Windows 11 PC with 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, webcam, wired USB headset, and an i5 processor or better.
• Requires a fiber internet connection with a wired Ethernet setup.
• Backup power solution is needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.
• A suitable workspace for remote work is essential.
• Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
