This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide engaging and well-structured training for new customer experience representatives.
• Conduct virtual training sessions.
• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess learner comprehension and identify areas needing improvement.
• Implement knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and practical activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching.
• Assist learners who need additional support.
• Prepare new hires for the transition from training to production.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and communicate learner progress effectively.
• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.
• Complete all phases of the hiring process, including resume evaluation, questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview.
• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.
• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.
• Previous background in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Confident in delivering training virtually.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Available for immediate start.
• Reliable computer, internet access, headset, and suitable remote workspace.
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor.
• Must have a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).
• 16 GB RAM required.
• Dual monitors are necessary.
• Webcam and wired USB headset are needed.
• i5 processor or higher is required.
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) is necessary.
• Backup power solution is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
• Paid weekly in arrears.
