This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide engaging and well-structured training for new customer experience representatives.
• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and captivating manner.
• Clearly communicate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Monitor participant understanding and pinpoint knowledge gaps.
• Administer knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.
• Assist learners who need extra support.
• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to operational roles.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leaders to ensure learner readiness.
• Keep accurate training records and update on learner progress.
• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.
• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.
• Essential healthcare/medical customer experience.
• Previous training experience with customer service/contact center teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Confident in delivering training in a virtual setting.
• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching diverse learners.
• Strong team player mentality.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
• Available for immediate start.
• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and suitable remote workspace.
• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported).
• 16 GB RAM.
• Dual monitors.
• Webcam and Wired USB Headset.
• i5 processor or higher.
• Fibre internet with wired connection (Ethernet cable).
• Backup power solution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
• English resume required.
• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
• Weekly payments in arrears.
