This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct engaging and well-structured training sessions for newly hired customer experience representatives
• Lead virtual training workshops
• Clearly explain processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Assess learner comprehension and identify knowledge gaps
• Implement knowledge assessments, exercises, role-playing, and hands-on activities
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching
• Assist learners who need extra support
• Prepare new employees for their transition from training to work
• Work collaboratively with Team Leads and management to ensure learner readiness
• Keep accurate training records and report on learner progress
• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere
• Manage all phases of the hiring process, including resume assessment, questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview
• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training
• Essential background in healthcare/medical customer service
• Experience in training customer service/contact center teams
• Minimum of 1 year experience in remote work
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Confident in delivering training in a virtual environment
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Patient and approachable, capable of coaching diverse types of learners
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Available to work during U.S. business hours
• Ready to start immediately
• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace
• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor
• Windows 11 PC required (Mac is not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
• Dual monitors
• Webcam and wired USB headset
• i5 processor or higher
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
• Backup power solution
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365
• English resume is mandatory
• Must be a Mexican national currently living in México
