This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide dynamic and well-structured training sessions for new customer experience representatives.
• Conduct virtual training sessions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Monitor learner comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.
• Implement knowledge checks, exercises, role plays, and hands-on activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.
• Assist learners who may need additional support.
• Facilitate the transition of new hires from training to production.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leaders to ensure learner readiness.
• Maintain precise training records and communicate updates on learner progress.
• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment.
• Complete all stages of the hiring process.
• Previous experience in BPO/contact center training.
• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.
• Background in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Confident in delivering training in a virtual environment.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching diverse learners.
• Strong team player mentality.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.
• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor.
• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).
• 16 GB RAM.
• Dual monitors.
• Webcam and wired USB headset.
• i5 processor or higher.
• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection.
• Backup power solution.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
