This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide engaging and organized training for new customer experience representatives.
• Conduct virtual training sessions in a captivating and professional manner.
• Clearly articulate processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.
• Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences.
• Monitor participants' comprehension and identify any knowledge gaps.
• Implement knowledge assessments, exercises, role-playing, and hands-on activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.
• Assist learners needing extra support.
• Aid new hires in transitioning from training to active roles.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other leaders to ensure learner preparedness.
• Keep accurate training records and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.
• Complete all phases of the hiring process, including resume assessment, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview.
• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.
• Essential experience in healthcare/medical customer service.
• Previous background in training customer service/contact center teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Confident in delivering training through virtual platforms.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patient, approachable, and capable of coaching diverse types of learners.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
• Available to start immediately.
• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and an appropriate remote workspace.
• Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
• Windows 11 PC required (Mac not supported).
• 16 GB RAM minimum.
• Dual monitor setup required.
• Webcam and wired USB headset necessary.
• i5 processor or higher required.
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) is essential.
• Backup power solution is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
• An English resume is mandatory.
• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.
• Weekly payments in arrears.
• Paid training provided.
• Fully remote work environment.
