Call Center Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct online training sessions for both new and current agents.

• Mentor agents through live call assessments and practice scenarios.

• Offer targeted individual performance evaluations.

• Create and refresh training resources and sales activities.

• Implement knowledge assessments and practical exercises to solidify learning.

• Diagnose the root causes of skill and performance deficiencies.

• Record training results and highlight performance concerns.

• Equip agents, both new and existing, for success in a sales-oriented contact center.

• Integrate facilitation, live call mentoring, role-playing, curriculum design, performance analysis, and quantifiable skill enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a call center environment, particularly in sales or customer service.

• Practical experience in providing training, coaching, onboarding, or agent development in call centers.

• In-depth understanding of sales strategies, objection management, customer interaction, and CRM processes.

• Experience in coaching observable actions through call evaluations, role-playing, or personalized feedback.

• Capability to create or refine training documents, scripts, job aids, or educational activities.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, presentation software, and learning management systems.

• Willingness to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
