This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Address incoming inquiries through phone, web forms, and chat in real-time.
• Conduct brief discovery calls lasting 5–8 minutes to collect and evaluate incident details, injuries, liability, and insurance status.
• Utilize proprietary scripts and stringent qualification criteria to ascertain whether cases are suitable for partner legal teams.
• Employ an assumptive, sales-driven approach to execute live warm transfers to partner legal teams or schedule callbacks for qualified leads.
• Meticulously document caller information, case specifics, and outcomes in Salesforce.
• Oversee follow-ups for outstanding leads, maintain a well-organized pipeline, and reconnect with prospects who were not ready to proceed initially.
• Act as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance following an injury.
• Listen attentively, qualify leads, and introduce potential clients to partner legal teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
• Fully bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of supporting callers seamlessly in either language.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or medical/legal office setting.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to mirror a caller’s tone, show empathy, and quickly establish rapport.
• Sales-oriented mindset focused on educating callers and guiding them towards taking action regarding their personal injury matters.
• Technologically adept and comfortable typing 45+ WPM while conversing with callers and managing multiple software platforms concurrently.
• Capability to work independently from a home office with reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Laptop or desktop computer with a minimum of 16GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor or higher.
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Willingness to utilize time-tracking software.

• Experience in personal injury intake and familiarity with Salesforce are preferred but not mandatory.
