This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to Claro Perú clients

• Offer mobile device renewals with promotions and discounts

• Provide telephone support and advice to customers

• Participate in remote training sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Less than 1 year of professional experience

• Customer support and service skills

• Ability to provide advice

• Experience in telephone customer service

• Knowledge of telecommunications

• Experience in promotions and customer care

• Availability for full-time or part-time hours

• Willingness to work remotely
