Call Center Representative – Outbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Connect with potential clients with the aim of scheduling appointments for the sales team.

• Articulate the benefits of the company's products and services while educating prospective clients.

• Manage a substantial number of inbound and outbound calls.

• Achieve performance targets for converting calls into appointments.

• Adhere to the established sales process for setting appointments.

• Verify complete and accurate client information.

• Diligently record all activities and information in the CRM system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure positive experiences for prospective clients and potential customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HOME IMPROVEMENT WITHIN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.

• Previous experience in a multi-product sales setting is preferred.

• Strong background in home improvement inside sales is highly desired.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• At least 1 year of call center experience is required.

• Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

• Outstanding phone and communication skills are mandatory.

• Must be energetic and maintain a positive attitude.

• Should be task-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed goals.

• Weekend availability is required.

• Candidates must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
