This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Interact with potential and current customers through phone, email, chat, and text to assist with inquiries and requests regarding swim lessons.
• Deliver tailored service and solutions to assess swim levels, enroll customers in swim lessons, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process and record customer requests for enrollment modifications in alignment with company policy.
• Communicate effectively with swim school locations and internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Uphold a positive, customer-oriented attitude to foster brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of customer data.
• Meet performance benchmarks for service, sales, quality, and attendance standards.
• A customer-centric mindset – delivers a dependable, high-quality customer experience through empathy, responsiveness, and curiosity.
• A sense of accountability – assumes responsibility for actions and learns from mistakes and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to comprehend customer needs and effectively convey personalized solutions.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance, work independently, and achieve objectives in a remote environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in call center, sales, or customer service (strongly preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish (strongly preferred).
• High School Diploma.
