This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Delivering customer support to members and providers within PHP benefit plans
• Addressing inquiries through telephone, written communication, Pres Online, E-Business, chat, and face-to-face interactions
• Retaining knowledge of plan specifics and fundamental medical terminology
• Working collaboratively with fellow employees
• High school diploma
• At least one year of experience in an office or business environment
• Preferred experience in a call center setting
• Proficient communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Understanding of reimbursement methodologies such as DRG, Relative Value Systems, Per Diem, Fee schedule, and Capitation
• Familiarity with CRM and Facets
