This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
• Deliver outstanding and efficient member service through various channels including phone, email, web, mail, and fax.
• Handle deposits and withdrawals with precision.
• Review account details and credit/card transactions thoroughly.
• Facilitate loan payments effectively.
• Offer basic support for online banking inquiries.
• Assist with Credit Union depository and lending products while striving to meet established cross-sell objectives.
• Remain available in a phone queue throughout the day while adhering to the assigned schedule.
• Engage with members, assess their needs, propose solutions, and follow up on any pending transactions.
• Suggest relevant products and services to members.
• Open new Member Accounts, such as Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificates, and IRA accounts.
• Complete necessary account forms and agreements accurately.
• Perform account maintenance tasks, including updates to address/name changes, ownership and beneficiary modifications, account closures, handling deceased accounts, and providing notary services.
• Identify and report any suspicious behavior or potential fraud activity.
• Complete all required training and compliance modules.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the confidentiality of member and sensitive information is maintained.
• Represent Nuvision Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
• Undertake other related duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year retail experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal communication skills and etiquette.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Experience with remote signing is preferred.
• Ability to operate a webcam effectively.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to effectively listen, comprehend, and anticipate member needs.
• Excellent written communication skills (Email), including grammar and spelling.
• Solid member service and organizational abilities.
• Capability to collaborate well with other departments as a team player.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
