Call Center Agent, Vertrieb für Vodafone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• First-level inbound support for existing customers

• Technical assistance for issues related to TV, telephone, and internet

• Tailored product advice and contract optimizations

• Sales approach in every call

• Customer service and sales for Vodafone in the virtual service center

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales

• Ideally, experience in the technical service sector of the telecommunications industry

• Consistently achieve sales targets

• Reliable work schedule representation: 40 hours/week, 5-day work week, shift system from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM, every second weekend

• No secondary employment

• Excellent German language skills at C1 level

• Residence in Germany

• Experience in support and sales; candidates transitioning from other fields are not eligible
