Call Center Agent, Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide first-level inbound support for current customers.

• Deliver technical assistance for issues related to TV, phone, and internet services.

• Offer product advice based on customer needs and optimize contracts accordingly.

• Employ a sales-oriented approach during each call.

• Collaborate with the Vodafone team at Zeitwert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.

• At least 1 year of sales experience is required.

• Preferably have experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales targets.

• Commitment to reliably adhere to the designated working hours.

• No simultaneous secondary employment allowed.

• Excellent command of the German language (C1 level).

• Must reside in Germany.

• Relevant professional experience is mandatory; career changers will not be considered.
