This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Respond to telephone inquiries promptly, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Provide clear and professional answers to questions while assessing when to escalate issues.
• Ensure patients are scheduled for consultations during their initial call to NVISION.
• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor when interacting with all customers, patients, and doctors.
• Make timely and enthusiastic outbound calls to provide assistance.
• Investigate and resolve issues to uphold patient retention and satisfaction.
• Exercise sound judgment and empathy, particularly when addressing concerns from upset patients.
• Accurately schedule appointments while managing multiple centers.
• Stay informed about company products and customer service protocols.
• Thrive in a high-volume call center setting, demonstrating quick thinking and multitasking abilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center is preferred, though training is available for the right candidate.
• Experience in ophthalmology is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
• Capable of providing succinct and professional responses while knowing when to escalate matters.
• Ability to manage the demands of a Call Center environment, working efficiently and multitasking effectively.
• Must reside in California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, or Utah.
