This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Answer incoming calls from individuals and businesses during FEMA surge disaster operations
• Accurately perform data entry while managing calls
• Offer relevant referrals and respond to follow-up inquiries from survivors
• Complete training provided by SOSi to obtain necessary certifications
• Must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
• Must reside in the US or one of its territories
• Successfully complete the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify) program
• Pass a US Government Background Check
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Basic data entry capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
• Day Zero Training provided
• Customer Registration Intake Training offered
• Helpline Training included
• Reliable internet connection required
• Flexible work-from-home options available
