This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as a specialized CAD resource within the client's global CAFM team.
• Provide solutions across CAD and CAFM programs, utilizing advanced polylining methodologies.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of as-built drawings, along with facilities and real estate space data.
• Utilize space data analytics and performance metrics.
• Update and manage CAD documentation for office environments, including furniture layouts, polylined drawings, space data, and occupancy information.
• Revise CAD drawings using standard furniture blocks, custom palettes, LISP shortcuts, layer standards, file management standards, and space standards.
• Generate polylines in accordance with BOMA standards, covering floor areas and internal space types.
• Upload and integrate drawing data into the CAFM system.
• Validate and confirm CAD/CAFM space types, identification, and associated data.
• Contribute to quality assurance for space data and participate in internal project review meetings.
• Oversee multiple projects from various sources within set SLAs and time-sensitive queues.
• Foster innovative customer solutions and potentially mentor and develop associates in technical skills.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure drawing accuracy and maintain space data integrity.
• Record findings from walkthroughs, photograph discrepancies, and update CAD files as necessary.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for updating architectural as-built and furniture layouts.
• Skilled in AutoCAD with expertise in palette toolbars, custom palettes, and LISP routines.
• Familiarity with client workplace standards as well as architectural and furniture plans.
• Strong Microsoft Office capabilities, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and efficient data management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing project portfolios from various sources and prioritizing tasks within defined SLAs and time-sensitive queues.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering, or Architecture with a minimum of 1–3 years of CAD/CAFM technical and project-related experience in a corporate real estate setting (preferred).
• Working knowledge of BOMA and OSCRE office space categorization principles (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Visio, and familiarity with CAFM/IWMS systems such as Archibus or FMSystems (preferred).
• Understanding of Facilities, Real Estate, and Asset Management practices (preferred).
• Experience with construction drawings and documents (preferred).
• Ability to conduct site walkthroughs to confirm drawing accuracy and maintain space data integrity (preferred).
