C# Tech Lead – Bilingual (Spanish)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and implementation of software architectures, ensuring system quality, stability, performance, and maintainability.

• Engage actively in software development, striking a balance between high-quality coding and technical leadership.

• Direct the integration of both internal and external systems through APIs, microservices, and databases.

• Address complex technical obstacles that the development team is unable to resolve independently.

• Define and execute the comprehensive system testing strategy, encompassing unit, integration, E2E, load, stress, and security testing.

• Advocate for methodologies such as TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) throughout the development lifecycle.

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and architectures.

• Supervise the execution of regression, performance, and stress tests prior to production deployments.

• Set up and integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure the monitoring and traceability of systems in both test and production environments.

• Collaborate with vendors on the delivery of software packages and their subsequent installation on internal servers.

• Convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Engage with regional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Provide support to the team through mentoring, effective delegation, and technical guidance.

• Act in an analytical and methodical manner when investigating and resolving critical production incidents.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish (mandatory).

• Extensive experience in software development.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams.

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Redis.

• Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with unit testing tools like Jest, JUnit, and PyTest.

• Competence in E2E and functional test automation using Cypress and Selenium.

• Knowledge of load and performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Artillery.

• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, Test Pyramid, code coverage, and static code analysis using SonarQube.

• Experience in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.

• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Skilled in communicating with multidisciplinary teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Possess an analytical profile for managing critical production incidents.

• Demonstrate empathy, mentoring skills, and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

• Capable of balancing delivery speed with technical excellence in accordance with business context.
