This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Act as the technical lead for designated functional areas, applications, batch processes, interfaces, or workstreams.
β’ Lead and assist with technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, implementation, defect resolution, and production support.
β’ Convert functional and business requirements into technical designs, development tasks, implementation plans, and supportable system modifications.
β’ Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, QA teams, operations teams, project managers, and client-facing stakeholders.
β’ Evaluate technical designs, code, test evidence, implementation documentation, and materials for production readiness.
β’ Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and daily direction to developers and members of the application team.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, data flows, interfaces, batch jobs, functional modules, and system dependencies.
β’ Assist in issue triage, root cause analysis, defect resolution, system maintenance, and response to production incidents.
β’ Recognize opportunities to enhance code quality, batch performance, process efficiency, automation, documentation, and system stability.
β’ Convey technical risks, dependencies, progress, trade-offs, and recommendations to project leaders, business stakeholders, and client-facing teams.
β’ Oversee a range of projects without direct access to PHI, PII, or secured/confidential client information.
β’ Experience in one or more Medicaid or healthcare technology functional domains, including Claims, Provider, Member, Business Process Analysis, Reference Data / Configuration, Finance, Reporting, Pharmacy, Interfaces, or Operations.
β’ Proficiency in provider enrollment, credentialing, screening, provider maintenance, provider data management, provider workflows, provider portal functionality, and related integrations.
β’ Experience in technical design and delivery related to provider enrollment, maintenance, credentialing, screening, provider-data updates, and provider workflow modifications.
β’ Experience in conducting impact analysis for provider portals, workflow tools, provider master data, provider interfaces, reporting, correspondence, and downstream systems.
β’ Experience in supporting provider data quality, duplicate resolution, validation rules, provider-related production defects, and root cause analysis.
β’ Experience in coordinating with Provider SMEs, Provider Operations, business analysts, developers, testing teams, integration teams, and client-facing stakeholders.
β’ Knowledge of provider enrollment, credentialing, screening, provider maintenance, provider lifecycle, provider status, taxonomy, specialty, affiliations, service locations, and provider data concepts.
β’ Knowledge of provider portals, workflow queues, document intake, provider correspondence, provider interfaces, and operational reporting.
β’ Awareness of downstream impacts to claims, reporting, directories, finance, data warehouses, and client systems.
β’ Professional experience with .NET MVC.
β’ Professional experience with Entity Framework and object-relational mapping tools.
β’ Professional experience with Web API.
β’ Professional experience with LINQ and jQuery.
β’ Professional experience with web services.
β’ Professional experience with MS-SQL and Oracle.
β’ Professional experience with ASP.NET.
β’ Professional experience with IIS configuration.
