This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the creation and implementation of thorough SEM strategies to achieve client goals.
• Possess hands-on expertise in the planning, execution, and enhancement of digital media campaigns, particularly in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Oversee and refine campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and various third-party management systems.
• Execute a diverse range of media tactics, such as Google PMAX & Demand Gen, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns.
• Leverage strong analytical abilities to analyze overall search performance metrics and trends.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to continually enhance ad performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Communicate effectively with clients in both verbal and written formats, showcasing strong presentation capabilities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to boost overall team performance.
• 1.5 - 4+ years of experience in paid search, preferably in a digital ad agency.
• Hands-on experience with search management platforms, including the following responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily performance of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
• Manage monthly and daily spending activities for assigned clients (preferably with six-figure monthly budgets).
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple presentations for managed accounts.
• Lead regular status update calls with clients to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting and analytical strategies.
• Communicate key performance trends to account leads and clients.
• Conduct keyword research to identify new growth opportunities for clients.
• Craft effective ad copy to achieve optimal click-through and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with display and digital marketing teams on the development and execution of integrated marketing plans.
• Ability to establish relationships with vendors, including Google & MSN representatives.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage tight deadlines and challenges effectively.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with both in-office and remote work options (depending on the role).
