📋 Description

• Engage in a 30-minute compensated early user-testing session for Mercata’s AI-driven Research OS.

• Possible involvement in further compensated user-testing sessions.

• Offer insights on usability, workflow compatibility, and the value of the product.

• Discuss current applications of AI in investment research, if relevant.

• Assess a research platform that focuses on notes, investment committee memos, filings, press releases, headlines, and alternative data.

• Assist in evaluating tools that process and connect financial data into a structured, time-sensitive intelligence graph.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or recent experience as an equity analyst or portfolio manager on the buy side, either at a hedge fund (long/short) or a long-only asset manager.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience covering equities in roles such as investment analyst, research analyst, hedge fund analyst, fundamental investor (non-quantitative), or portfolio manager.

• Proficiency in drafting notes, models, investment theses, and investment committee memos.

• Experience in event triage related to news, filings, and press releases.

• A keen interest in exploring new research tools and AI-driven workflows.

• Openness to providing constructive feedback on usability, workflow compatibility, and product value.
