• Strategically plan, oversee, and manage LS Cable's sales operations within a specified territory.
• Supervise independent sales representative organizations, facilitate sales to distributors, and manage distribution sales to contractors and end users.
• Implement technical specification initiatives to enhance brand image and identity for LS Cable products.
• Perform targeted customer outreach, deliver technical presentations, and engage in speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate with LS Cable manufacturers' representatives to align efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and/or training in the electrical cable industry.
• Current knowledge and established contacts within the designated territory are essential.
• Strong market understanding of electrical wire and cable for commercial and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• General technical knowledge of the properties and standards applicable to electrical wire and cable.
• Capability to effectively present information and address inquiries from senior management, clients, and customers.
• Proficient in analyzing pricing and contribution margins.
• Skillful in deriving optimal solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Travel is required.
• This is a remote position.
