Business/System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You gather, assess, and clearly express business requirements for mobile applications (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) and a web-based admin panel.

• You develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• You design business processes and user flows using BPMN and UML.

• You document integration points and system architecture requirements for mobile applications, the admin panel, APIs, microservices, and databases.

• You collaborate closely with development teams, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.

• You oversee the product backlog and engage in release planning and roadmap development.

• You prepare regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2.

• You evaluate risks, metrics, and implementation quality while participating in testing and monitoring activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.

• Background in FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, or Healthcare sectors.

• Experience in integrating banking and third-party systems (e.g., SWIFT, ERP, and similar platforms).

• Hands-on experience with microservice architectures, API-first methodologies, and REST/gRPC/event-driven systems.

• Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques: BPMN, UML, BRD/FSD/SRS, and user stories.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Excel.

• Understanding of DevOps processes and infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, systemic thinking, and a focus on security and regulatory compliance.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Proficient in German at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
