Business Transformation Consultant – Finance Analytics, Tagetik

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Tagetik / CPM solutions.

• Convert business and finance needs into functional solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to comprehend and enhance business processes.

• Provide support for Cost Controlling, Financial Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, as well as Financial Reporting & Analytics processes.

• Aid in the collection, validation, and quality control of finance data.

• Evaluate business requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Resolve functional issues and deliver suitable solutions.

• Assist users and play a role in user training and documentation.

• Work together with technical teams on data integration and system-related matters.

• Engage in testing, implementation, release, and environment management activities.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of finance processes and Tagetik solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience with Tagetik / CCH Tagetik.

• Solid functional understanding of Finance processes, especially in Cost Controlling, Financial Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analytics, and Finance Data Collection & Validation.

• Background in Finance Transformation, CPM, EPM, or similar business transformation initiatives.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote international setting.

• Experience with Tagetik system administration and configuration (preferred).

• Familiarity with metadata and data model management (preferred).

• Knowledge of datasets and data source configuration (preferred).

• Understanding of ETL development and troubleshooting (preferred).

• SQL proficiency, ideally with Oracle or SAP HANA (preferred).

• Background in report and matrix development (preferred).

• Knowledge of workflow and security configuration (preferred).

• Experience with release and environment management (preferred).

• Understanding of performance optimization (preferred).

• Familiarity with data integration technologies such as SAP, REST API, MuleSoft, or SFTP (preferred).

• Experience with special methods or custom development in Tagetik (preferred).
